The Skylark Federation are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly school at Plumpton. This position would be fixed term as it is working with a child. The role would primarily involve working with a child supporting them with their learning within a classroom setting. Training will be provided so that the successful candidate will be able to provide excellent care, follow all the correct procedures and policies.
The successful candidate will liaise with class teachers, support assistants and outside agencies to support the children and promote well-being and improve attendance and attainment.
The breakfast club leader part of the role will involve welcoming those children, providing a breakfast of cereal and toast and providing activities.
This role is to work from 7.45 until 15.15 and so 33.75 hours a week.
